The Whaler Inn Beach Club has been a favorite vacation destination for thousands over the years and now returning owners and their guests now span across family generations. Our owners enjoy comfortable, relaxing accommodations in a wonderful location; surfside to the Atlantic Ocean. As an owner, you are guaranteed* that your unit will be available to use year in and year out based on a one time, low cost purchase price plus a very low yearly maintenance fee guarantees you a spot on the beach year in and year out! The current annual maintenance fees are $525 for one and two bedroom, and $470 for efficiency units.
The Whaler Inn Beach Club currently offers several ownership options. The most popular units are out spacious oceanfront two-bedroom units. The few Whaler owned units that are still available range in cost from $600 to $3160 per week purchased. These units are capable of sleeping up to six people. If you love the beach in the spring or fall, these units are ideal for you.
There are several one-bedroom ocean view Whaler owned units available for sale during prime vacation times These one bedroom units comfortably sleep up to six people and range in price from $600 to $3160. per week purchased. The one-bedroom units contain two queensize beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa that converts into a queen size bed. All units have full kitchen and laundry.
If ocean view is not important to you, there are Whaler owned one-bedroom side view units ranging in price from $600 to $3160 per week purchased. These units also sleep up to six people and contain the same full kitchens and laundries as found in the other one and two bedroom units. Also, all one and two bedroom units contain two full bathrooms.
For those that don't need a great deal of room to relax at the beach, The Whaler Inn Beach Club has large Whaler owned oceanfront and ocean view efficiency units which contain a kitchen with stove and refrigerator and a combined living room and bedroom. These units range in price from $600 to $3160 per week purchased and unit location. These efficiencies sleep up to four people and can be exchanged for other timeshare resorts just like the one and two-bedroom units can be exchanged for resorts located around the world. All purchasers receive fee simple ownership in their unit, transferred by a warranty deed.
Two additional features of ownership for those times when you can't travel to see us, The Whaler Inn will work with you to rent your unit to visitors of Atlantic Beach, with you as the owner retaining the rental fees minus a small fee. Also, The Whaler Inn Beach Club is a member of Interval International, one of the top Worldwide Timeshare management firms. If you wish to travel somewhere else for your vacation you can deposit your week with Interval International and trade to a different resort throughout the world for any season or time of the year.
